HOW and WHY?
The HOW is clear. A sincere leader who has created an organisation in his own image.
A team expressing no hyperbole, well organised, working from a lovely premises which have to engender above average effort.
Now firstly out of that organised base came brochure that summarised the property perfectly – good photos and literature.
Secondly an advertising campaign, economical by industry standards, which attracted a broad cross section of interest.
"And thirdly a leader and team who treated me and my tenants with the utmost consideration."
Now, having got the HOW so right, events allow WHY every chance of being at the very least, successful and in my case extraordinary. WHY did 2 parties (among the throng) attend, clearly attracted by the same story?
Sure – not every sale will be blessed with good fortune – but Nichols Crowder have ensured that good results will be much more likely because of this planning and good, honest humanity.
