In 2002 and under the guidance of current Nichols Crowder directors Michael Crowder and Richard Wraith, Josh completed a traineeship in Commercial/Industrial real estate whilst also completing the Certificate IV in real estate operations at the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
He has an easy going yet professional approach to real estate and over the past nine years he has gained the knowledge, confidence and developed a client base that enables him to give sound advice on property matters whether you're a first time buyer or national company. He's proficient in providing appraisals, marketing advice, conducting feasibility studies, negotiation of existing properties and new developments and always has his clients' best interests in mind.
Josh's knowledge of the south eastern industrial precinct, in particular Carrum Downs and Seaford is second to none. If your requirement is for 200sqm or 10,000sqm he is always happy to have a chat and provide his thoughts on finding a solution.
Josh thoroughly enjoy all forms of fishing and likes to get out on the water every week whether it's chasing whiting in Western Port or catching 120kg tuna offshore from the Victorian west coast. During the winter months, almost every weekend that he is not fishing you'll find Josh and his partner at one of Victoria’s ski resorts.
