James Glen

Senior Leasing and Sales Executive

After completing a coveted Bachelor of Business Management degree at RMIT University in 2009, James joined Nichols Crowder as a sales and leasing cadet and has since become an integral member of the team. James has played a key role in growing the sales and leasing department to its strong position today.

James specialises in the selling and leasing of commercial property in the Bayside and Kingston areas. With a passion for not only real estate but the business side of property, James prides himself on achieving the best results for his clients.  Winner of the 2012 Novice C & I Auctioneers competition in Victoria, detailed negotiator & personable character, he has the skill set to provide professional advice and management of every stage of the selling & leasing process.

Having attended Xavier College and initially wanting to get into international business & trade as a career, it didn't take too much convincing for James to combine his real passion for commercial real estate, with corporate business, in the field of commercial and industrial real estate.

When not listing, selling or catering to clients' property needs, James enjoys watching his beloved Demons in the AFL (tragic), keeping fit by running the Tan and an avid horse racing lover.  James is also a member of the MCC, VRC and Old Xavierians Football Club.
