We approached Nichols Crowder because the ‘old’ company of Crowders had successfully marketed property for the family some years ago and had met the expectations of that time. Also, our accountant recommended them to sort out some leasing problems which we had been experiencing with the property. Therefore, we finally decided to sell.


We found Linda Ellis at Nichols Crowder to be extremely efficient in dealing with these problems, After she had negotiated a much better leasing agreement for us, we decided that the time had come to sell the property. All her expertise in marketing was then unleashed. We were kept very up-to-date with marketing, and given good advice during this period.

On the day of the auction the interest was very high and the result, helped by the professionalism of Linda Ellis and the Auctioneer, Geoffrey Crowder, was amazing. Wow he can work the prospective buyers!

A little reflection on Thursday 11 Sept. following the eye popping result.

HOW and WHY?

The HOW is clear. A sincere leader who has created an organisation in his own image.

A team expressing no hyperbole, well organised, working from a lovely premises which have to engender above average effort.

Now firstly out of that organised base came brochure that summarised the property perfectly – good photos and literature.

Secondly an advertising campaign, economical by industry standards, which attracted a broad cross section of interest.

"And thirdly a leader and team who treated me and my tenants with the utmost consideration."

Now, having got the HOW so right, events allow WHY every chance of being at the very least, successful and in my case extraordinary. WHY did 2 parties (among the throng) attend, clearly attracted by the same story?

Sure – not every sale will be blessed with good fortune – but Nichols Crowder have ensured that good results will be much more likely because of this planning and good, honest humanity. Matt, planning – leading – organising and controlling is the basis of any good business. In your case your consultancy is an exemplar.
